The first option to get you out of your rut, is a not so hidden gem that locals know and love. AJ’s Steakhouse is located on the first level of the Casino and is always serving up excellence. Recently, AJ’s made some changes to their weekly menu, and hours. Every Sunday AJ’s will be open from noon – 6pm with a new menu featuring brunch items. These new items include stuffed French toast, eggs benedict, and Prime sirloin steak and eggs. They’ve also added a kid’s menu with breakfast classics that your little ones are sure to love. At AJ’s you can order carry out or dine-in.
AJ’s Steakhouse is open Wednesday – Sunday so, you may need a few other options to get you through the other days of the week. Prairie Meadows’ casual dining spots, Café at the Meadows and the Paddock are two perfect alternatives. For the month of February both of these restaurants feature dinner and lunch specials.
The Café, located near the hotel lobby, has a soup or salad and sandwich combo special every weekday for under $15. On weekend nights in February, they’ll be serving a fried chicken meal for $14 or chicken or shrimp alfredo for $12. The Paddock’s daily February specials are poutine, fish tacos, and an open-faced roast beef sandwich – all for $10 or less. Pair your meal at the Paddock with a sweet treat.
