Monday Night Group Run

Join Altoona Running Club for Monday night runs this summer in Altoona! We will be meeting at the Altoona Dog Park at 5:45PM to run an out and back route. Run half of your distance you want on the way out and head back for the rest. All the way to Pleasant Hill is 6 miles. All paces are welcome.
