Outlets of Des Moines will host Halloween Trick or Treat on Thursday, October 28, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The annual trick-or-treat event begins at the Food Pavilion. Halloween Trick or Treat welcomes families and children 12 and under. All children must be accompanied by an adult. (First come, first served. While supplies last.). Each participating child is asked to bring personal hygiene items and/or canned foods for Caring Hand Outreach Center.
