Caring Hands Outreach Simple Supper

Simple Supper is a community wide invitation to fellowship around a delicious meal. EVERYONE is welcome! The meal of chili, salad, and dessert will be provided by SE Polk Family Church. Dining in is not available this month. All meals will be carry out only in January.
