Our Favorite Signature Cocktails
AJ’s Blue Margarita: A blend of top-shelf tequila and juices, garnished with a slice of orange. Watching this cocktail being made is almost as fun as drinking it. Almost.
AJ’s Cosmo: Grey Goose Orange Vodka, Cointreau, lime juice, and a splash of cranberry. This Cosmo’s an unabashed crowd-pleaser.
The Main Event
Prosciutto & Boursin Stuffed Chicken: Tender bone-in chicken breast, stuffed generously with dry-cured prosciutto and finished with a rich boursin cream sauce. Inventive, playful and (most importantly) delectable.
Tender 8-Ounce Filet Mignon: AJ’s most tender cut of lean USDA Prime beef. What more needs to be said?
AJ’s Baby Back Barbecue Ribs: Tender pork ribs, glazed with their house-made barbecue sauce, topped with crispy onions. It’s a tower of delicious.
And for the Sweet Finale?
The Gold Luster Chocolate Sphere: A silky chocolate mousse-filled sphere dusted in gold luster, served atop a rich praline sauce and drenched in warm house-made caramel. Bring two spoons.
Grand Marnier Crème Brulee: A French custard classic, infused with vanilla and orange liqueur and bronzed with caramelized sugar. It’s like sending your taste buds to Paris for the weekend.
