Prairie Meadows Mobile App
Prairie Meadows launched their first mobile app in June 2020. The Prairie Meadows app provides guests with quick access to information about promotions and events, as well as a speedy avenue to book a hotel stay. The app also enables Prairie Gold Rewards members to see their gaming offers, receive exclusive in-app offers, and know how many reward points they have to redeem on free play, dining, or retail purchases. Prairie Meadows app is available for download in both the App Store for iOS devices and Google Play for Android phones.
William Hill Iowa Mobile Sports App
In August 2019, Prairie Meadows partnered with William Hill to bring the best in sports betting to the central Iowa community. William Hill brought their best-in-class app technology to Prairie Meadows patrons allowing guests to make wagers on all their favorite sporting events from anywhere in the state – even the comfort of their own home. For guests to begin wagering, they must download the William Hill Iowa app, then stop in to Prairie Meadows to register and fund their account. Once these steps are completed, patrons are ready to place bets from anywhere in the state of Iowa.
Horse Wagering Online
If you are a horse racing fan, Prairie Meadows has made the wagering experience even easier. For live races, guests may register for a MyBetMobile account to place bets from their own smartphone while at Prairie Meadows. This technology makes it easier for race fans to wager with no waiting in mutuel window lines and gives them the peace of mind that they can have a great time at the races and maintain social distancing.
Hotel In-Room Tablets
Prairie Meadows has also recently brought new technology to their hotel. Each hotel room is equipped with a touch-screen tablet that allows guests to have all of the amenities at their fingertips. The tablets are equipped with an instant messenger function that enables guests to communicate directly with staff for any needs they may have. Guests can also use the tablet as a remote control for the TV, to order carry-out meals from the dining establishments, request late checkout, book future stays, and much more. These tablets help guests enjoy their stay, having access to all the amenities they enjoy, while minimizing their direct contact with others.
